Program Analyst - Data Center Program (Calgary)

The role

Our client is an early-stage data center developer building hyperscale campuses across North America. The delivery team is small, the project pipeline is large, and the company is growing quickly. Its program office in Calgary turns project data from several campuses into the reporting leadership uses to run the business.

The team is hiring a junior Program Analyst to work on site in Calgary. This is an early-career role for someone with two to three years of experience who has advanced Excel skills, learns quickly and uses AI tools to improve how the work gets done. You will build and maintain the models and trackers behind the program, prepare reports and presentations for leadership, and take on research and analysis as the program requires. Data center experience is not expected; you will learn the industry in the role.

What you will own

• Program-level reporting across campuses: schedule, cost, risk and progress.
• The spreadsheet models and trackers the program runs on, built and kept current.
• Presentations for leadership, board and investor reporting.
• Research and ad hoc analysis, often at short notice.
• AI tools applied to routine reporting, to make the team faster and more accurate.
• Data integrity across program reporting.

What we require

• Advanced Excel skills. This is the defining requirement.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and clear written communication.
• Practical, confident use of AI tools in your work.
• Two to three years of professional experience since graduating, with a background in engineering, business, or oil and gas.
• The ability to learn quickly and keep pace in a growing company.
• Willingness to take on routine tasks and do them well.
• Based in Calgary, or willing to relocate, and on site with the program team.

Compensation

CAD $110,000 to $135,000 base salary.
