Program Analyst - Data Center Program (Remote)

The role

Analytical and reporting support to the client's construction program. The hiring manager describes the profile as a "spreadsheet guru" - someone who can take raw project data across multiple campuses and turn it into something leadership can act on, quickly and repeatedly.

What you will own

• Program-level reporting across campuses - schedule, cost, risk and progress.
• Construction and financial data modeling and analysis.
• Dashboard and reporting tool development and maintenance.
• Board and investor reporting support.
• Ad hoc analysis for leadership, often at short notice.
• Data integrity across program reporting.

What we require

• Exceptional analytical and spreadsheet capability. This is the defining requirement.
• Construction or infrastructure program experience sufficient to understand what the numbers represent.
• Ability to work independently and produce leadership-ready output without heavy direction.
• Clear written communication - analysis is only useful if the conclusion is legible.
