The role

Purchasing Manager role in residential construction, covering custom home and luxury renovation work for our client. This is a hands-on position held by the sole purchasing professional in the business, working with affluent clientele.

What you will own

• Purchasing for residential construction, including custom homes and luxury renovations
• Budget management and buyout
• Vendor and trade partner negotiations
• Purchasing as the sole purchasing professional, working independently

What we require

• Residential construction purchasing experience
• Custom home or luxury renovation experience
• Budget management and buyout experience
• Vendor and trade partner negotiation experience
• Comfortable with Google Drive and less formal systems
• Highly organized and able to work independently
